The Securion is a one-stop solution for personalizing and laminating secure badges on-site. The printer seamlessly scales to meet growing concerns about security and data forgery, while greatly extending the lifespan of any card.

The compact printer offers dual-sided operations on both the color-printing module and the lamination station. A protection film is applied over the surface with hot roller technology, after the graphical and electrical personalization process. The film is either a continuous layer of varnish or a patch. Editing and encoding a secure badge is just a matter of a single pass.

The 2-Line LCD provides the user with clear status of the printer and the laminator. In addition, browsing the menu will give instant access to a set of applications and data related to the equipment s setting, operation and service.

Since the lamination s parameters should be adjusted in a case by case, depending on cards, design and laminates, there is a function in the printer s driver to permit saving a custom configuration (config name, lamination parameters). Then it is really easy to retrieve a former adjustment and apply it again.

You can select the ejection mode of the card: Front side Up, Front side Down so the cards can be sorted as you want (FIFO, LIFO)

If activated by the application software, Securion is password protected. In that case, none else than the appointed staff may use printer which will remain silent to any printing attempt.

Cost Effective

Securion provides the highest feature level from standard where competitors always offer options (Ethernet, Key lock, 100 cards output hopper capacity, LCD,...)

Securion laminates 1.0 mil patches on standard PVC cards (single side lamination), which makes the cost per card dropping by about 10 cents per card
